Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 20, 2026

1. Subscription Model

BharatTnT operates on a per bus yearly subscription model.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day limited refund window from the date of purchase.

Refunds may be granted only if:

  • There is a significant technical issue
  • The service is not delivered as promised
  • The issue cannot be reasonably resolved

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Partial usage of service
  • Operator-side issues
  • Delays caused by third-party services

4. Additional Charges

Apart from yearly subscription:

  • Onboarding/setup fees may apply
  • Custom development costs may apply
  • Maintenance/support charges may apply

These charges are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed.

5. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be made via email within 7 days
  • Each request is reviewed individually
  • Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable time

6. Discretion

All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of BharatTnT.
